- Cleaning bathrooms to ensure they are usable.
2) Final Clean (Ready for the Walkthrough)
Best When: The job is finished, and you need everything to look perfect.
This deep clean ensures that every surface shines.
- Detailed dusting of walls, baseboards, trim, and doors
- Clean inside and outside of cabinets (upon request)
- Clean sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers
- Clean countertops and backsplashes
- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Spot clean fingerprints and smudges
This thorough cleaning will prepare your space for a successful walkthrough.
3) Touch-Up Clean (Right Before Handoff)
Best When: After final punch work, just before move-in or inspection.
This is a quick, detailed cleaning focused on the small details.
- Light dusting and wipe-downs
- Remove any new scuffs and fingerprints
- Quick refresh of the bathrooms
- Final vacuum/mop of the floors
- Make the space "show ready"
